O Dia Mundial da Água, foi instituido pela ONU em 1992, com o objetivo de reforçar a importância da água em nossas vidas e ao meio ambiente,procurando preservá-la . O uso ineficiente, a degradação da água pela poluição, a exploração desordenada das reservas de águas subterrâneas, causando a escassez deste recurso natural;

 World Water Day, was instituted by the UN in 1992, with the objective of reinforcing the importance of water in our lives and the environment, seeking to preserve it.  The inefficient use, the degradation of water by pollution, the disordered exploitation of groundwater reserves, causing the scarcity of this natural resource;
